The engineering and consulting office was set up in 1991 and concentrates primarily on planning and consulting services, industrial layout (calculation), design, commissioning and optimization of plants for storing, conveying,fluidizing, heating or cooling of bulk goods in the fields of power station technology, chemical engineering and environmental technology. We also construct and sell smaller plants, such as dry injection plants for SO2- or HCl-reduction in powerstations and chemical plants using own methods.

We hold patents for high precision pneumatic injection and dosing processes, also against high backpressure (up to 30 bars) and for smaller de-ashing plants, for fluidized bed boilers, for example. The most important objective for us and our clients alike is the troublefree functioning of the entire plant, including the upstream and downstream equipment. In the examination and optimization of existing and new plants it is therefore of greatest importance that the interfaces are optimized and that all equipment and machines harmonize with each other to a high degree.

Even seemingly irrelevant aspects can bring a plant to a standstill. This is why we accompany new plants from their design through to their commissioning and ensure that your projects run smoothly and operate faultlessly. Our specialists investigate and document faults and disorders occuring in existing plants on site using the recognized state-of-the-art technology and suitable measuring equipment. The operating procedure is optimized.
